Bila APRIL

"Bila April tiba
Hati mula berkata
Setahun lamanya
Perkenalan kita

Bila masuknya April, memang teringatla lagu Datuk Fazley
Based on his thought, April is the best month ever for him,with lots of wonderful memory
But for me, this is the most brutallest month ever for me, for this year. (do ignore the grammar..hing~)

For April, i will be the pharmacist on-call. actually, my turn shd be on March, but one of my clique will have a holiday on March, so she asked me for exchange. I don't really mind about that, so I helped her gladly
BUT.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
suddenly there is a new doctor transferred into our hospital. so there is a challenge for me,always picked up his call to answer the query and others thing.
and then in April, there're two program involved pharmacist in-charge in QUMS...which is ME!!!!!! So i have to attend both programmes in 2nd and 4th week of April in order to promote our "Kenali Ubat Anda" campaign.
We also have an audit to monitor our practice in this hospital, basically in pharmacy.
And also, weekend methadone duty.. in the 3rd weekend of April. oh my goodness.. i am really exhausted this month.
I really need a long rest, super long rest to recharge my body and mind.

First week

So far, i started my diet since 19 March
it have been more than one week..
i started my diet with 132.5 kg and currently my weight is 128kg
about 4.5kg loss

actually currently i'm having women problem,
so the diet program kinda disturbed
from the senior, this is normal during this moment to have no weight loss

my daily meal is all food except the one with high in carb, sugar..
i also drink about 1.5L green tea to boost my metabolism and lots of plain water
but now, i kinda lazy to cook, so i decide to buy my lunch from the nearest cafe.
as long as i'm not taking rice and is okay for me


but, right now i need to emphasize my reason for diet
since i'm not married yet and i never in love before,
i'm afraid that IF i become thin in a few year, and there'll be some guys who want to know me,
maybe my perception is..the guys only like me if i was slimmer?
do i need to think like that

one of my friend advice me to focus and think that the diet is only for my health,
so i can live happier and healthier..
thanks to my dear friend~~

Diet time

Officially I'll will start my diet
So for my diet, i'm using Atkin Diet to lose my weight
For those who are not familiar with Atkin Diet, it is a high protein and low carb diet
So, Fighting!!!

Workaholic

Hello all, today is MONDAY BLUES~~~~~`


semua pun mesti menguap je pergi kerja, lepas 2 hari cuti hujung minggu

saya ni tak cuti minggu lepas, ada tugasan metadon. methadone is something given to ex-drug addict to control their addict.
selalunya methadone perlu diberi setiap hari, jadi pesakit yg mahu mengikut program ini perlu datang dan minum metadon di hadapan pegawai farmasi. sebenarnya scary jugak kerja ni. memang pesakit di antara yang ingin berubah, tetapi sejarah silam mereka membuatkan kita lebih berjaga-jaga

enough about my work. yes, i am a pharmacist and i did not really expect that i'll become a pharmacist. it is a sudden decision. i think so far, i not reallt frustrated with this job, compared to houseman medical officer. they're working crazily. somehow, i satisfy with my choice.

Bekerja di hospital daerah don't really have much a work. but when there were lots of patient, we feel like to die since we are short of staff. but luckily we still manage to reach our target and objective.

how about my diet story..wait a minute. i'm still in preparation phase.. wish me all the best.. babai and love you all~~~

The F1rst post

Okay.. this will become my new journey. This blog is dedicated for my diet journey
Actually, ni adalah my 2nd time I'm officially nak diet balik. hee~
Last time is during the fasting month, and saya berjaya untuk reduce weight about 15KG. its amazing for me since i cut my food, i do not eat any carb thing and sugar.. actually saya mengamalkan Atkin Diet. Just protein diet and some little workout.

Why saya nak start balik diet?
1. for my health actually. currently my weight is 100++ kg. (it embarrassing to mention the exact weight, hing~~) I'm only 25 but has this much of weight. sigh >_<

2. as i currently work in health industry, so i should show a good example. Takkan la badan besar macam ni nak bagi contoh kat pesakit kan? hehehehe

3. teringin gak nak shopping baju tanpa berfikir panjang. main ambil je.. hehehehe

4. saya nak kawen... kah3.. orang cakap cinta itu buta, tak kisah la badan macam mana, cantik ke tak, janji hati kena ikhlas. but as a girl, saya kena tunjuk effort gak. family dok tanya bila la nak kawen. heheheehe


Sebenarnya, my aim bukanlah nk kurus sampai jadi 40-50 kg. Saya harap berat saya around 70kg mcm tu. honestly dari kecik, saya tak pernah kurus. and tak ada sapa2 penah cakap saya kurus. so, kena lah berusaha, jadi kecik sikit.. kang kurus sangat tak comey. hehehehe..


So, this blog.. i will share everything about my diet journey. I wish it will help me to gain confidence and 'istiqamah' dalam apa yang saya buat. maybe saya akan include my interest, or about my work here. so stay tune



p/s: saya belum start diet lagi. ni dalam mood preparation. saya aim awal bulan 3 saya akan mula diet. InsyaAllah~
